Anyone can participate in forum even without Wing in his wallet, so it is easy to any external party to access and post anything.
It seems democratic like is right now, but would be good to ask for a minimun staked amount of wing to participate in forum, a reasonable amount like 1 Wing. It even can help to prevent spam.
